GCAC TOP FINISHER

Congratulations to Graciela Gomez, a senior from California. Gomez finished as the top runner from the Gulf Coast Athletic Conference at the 42nd NAIA National Cross Country

Championships. Gomez is the first ever number one GCAC top finisher at the National Cross Country Championship.

Garcia also showed out at the Gulf Coast Athletic Conference Championship. She came out and reminded everyone that Philander women's XC is a force to be reckoned with. Gomez finished second place, with a final time of 22:14.88. She ran each mile at a average speed of 7 minutes at 9 seconds.
